About the ideal candidate

- Previous experience in disability support is highly regarded
- Qualified, reliable and consistent
- Patient, approachable and adaptable
- Confident engaging with young people
- Able to build rapport and establish trust
- Enjoys incorporating activities, hobbies and interests into support
- Encourages independence and participation
- Strong communication and professional boundaries

The successful candidate will support the participant with community participation, everyday life skills and engaging activities based on their individual interests and goals.

Location: Echuca & surrounding areas
Hours: Approximately 2 days per week, 2-3 hours per shift
Commencement: ASAP
