About the Role

Initially, you will work closely with the Shed Supervisor, assisting with the production and preparation of a range of agricultural products.

Your day-to-day work will be hands‑on and varied, with the opportunity to learn how the products are made, how they are used and how they benefit farmers.

As you gain experience and knowledge, the role can naturally develop into agricultural applications work, including:

- Working directly with farmers and customers
- Learning more about soil, crops and agricultural applications
- Representing the business at agricultural field days and trade shows
- Building strong relationships with customers and growers
- Becoming a knowledgeable and valued member of the agricultural team

What We're Looking For

We aren't necessarily looking for someone with years of experience.

We're looking for the right person.

You will ideally be:

- A great communicator with a positive personality
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to get your hands dirty
- Someone who takes pride in their work




- Keen to learn and develop new skills
- Interested in agriculture and working with farmers
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Someone who wants to build something long term rather than constantly move from job to job
- Happy to start in production and learn the business from the ground up

Agricultural, manufacturing, production, machinery or labouring experience would be advantageous, but attitude and personality are more key than having the perfect resume.

The Details

- Permanent full-time position
- Approximately $35 - $40 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Additional hours available during the busy season
