Due to ongoing rapid growth, we are seeking a Building Manager to support our Senior Building Manager in delivering operations for a brand-new development in Penrith. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, with hands-on mentoring, guidance, and support from an experienced Senior Building Manager, providing the ideal platform to further develop your career within the facilities management industry.

This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week, offering excellent flexibility while providing the opportunity to be part of an exciting new development from the beginning.

What we are looking for:

- A genuine passion for Building & Facilities Management or property industry
- No prior building management experience is required.



We are seeking someone with a robust customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to easily build rapport with stakeholders. Experience within property or real estate would be advantageous, and candidates with a willingness to learn and grow in the industry are encouraged to apply.
