We are seeking a qualified and experienced Bobcat Mill Operator to join our team based in Sunshine West, VIC .
You will operate a Bobcat/skid steer fitted with a milling attachment, supporting our asphalt and road rehabilitation projects.
About You
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience operating a Bobcat with milling attachment .
- Experience in asphalt, road construction or civil construction.
- HR or HC licence will be highly regarded.
- White Card and valid driver's licence.
- Strong safety awareness and a valuable understanding of SWMS.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work overtime, night shifts and travel when required.
