Randstad, in partnership with a leading waste management company in Australia, is hiring Waste Offsiders in New South Wales. Earn $36-$42 per hour, plus super, allowances, and penalty rates, with Monday–Friday shifts and early start times between 4:00 AM and 5:30 AM for a stable daytime finish.

The role involves kerbside waste collection, secure bin loading, and a strong emphasis on safety. Reliable transport is a must; expect to walk 15–20 km daily and lift bins up to 30 kg.
