Key Responsibilities
Prepare cocktails and drinks to brand standards.
Engage with guests at the bar and provide recommendations.
Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and prep levels.
Support bar team during peak service.
Follow RSA and WHS compliance at all times.
About You
Proven bar experience, cocktail knowledge preferred.
Fast, consistent, and detail-focused.
Friendly, engaging, and guest-focused.
Skilled and positive under pressure.
