Uniting AgeWell's North Metro Home Care supports elderly clients to live safely and independently at home in Melbourne's northern suburbs. Part time roles require a minimum commitment of 20 hours per fortnight with availability on at least three weekdays during daytime hours.

Responsibilities include personal care, domestic support, social transport, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure client rights and preferences are respected.
