Position Description

Reporting to the Credit Manager and working in a close-knit finance team, the role will include but not be limited to:

- Overseeing a debtor's ledger of national accounts
- Daily reconciliation of the accounts
- Daily banking
- Timely allocations and receipting of payments
- Process invoices
- Reminder and follow up of overdue accounts as required
- Setting up new customers and accounts

Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer role, as well as the following attributes:

- 3-5 years' experience within a similar role
- High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
