The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is seeking a Therapeutic Residential Care Worker to engage with children and young people, building nurturing relationships and supporting healing from trauma through positive development of life skills.

Requires a relevant qualification with Residential Care standards, current First Aid/CPR, WWCC and driver licence. VACCA offers a supportive setting, agency vehicle access, salary packaging, and leave loading benefits.
