Harvey's Parramatta is seeking enthusiastic and motivated HVAC Apprentices ( 1st to 4th Year) to join our growing team in Parramatta, NSW. This is an exciting full time opportunity for individuals keen to develop a rewarding career in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. As an HVAC Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians, gaining hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning. This role offers the perfect foundation to build a long-term career in a skilled trade that is in high demand across residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

- Assist experienced HVAC technicians in the installation and setup of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system faults under supervision
- Perform preventative maintenance and servicing on existing systems
- Assist with the repair and replacement of HVAC components and parts
- Support technicians in commercial, industrial and residential project work
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of work completed
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures on job sites
- Contribute to the team's commitment to high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
- Undertake formal training as part of your apprenticeship, combining on-the-job learning with classroom study

- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think logically about technical issues
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves working at heights and in various weather conditions




- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices

- Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
- Current Year 12 or equivalent qualification (or equivalent work experience)
- A valid Australian driver's licence is highly desirable
