CatholicCare Central Queensland – Gladstone QLD is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist aged care and disability clients in home and community settings. You will deliver personal care, domestic tasks, social supports, and health assistance following care plans and rosters.

Applicants should have a Certificate III or higher, a current C/CA driver’s licence (QLD), and medication assistance skills (HLTHPS006).
