- Make Every Session Count - Bring your energy, creativity and interests to activities that children genuinely enjoy.
If you're motivated, caring and reliable, and want flexible work where you can make a positive impact on children's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Role as an Educator
- Create Safe and Inspiring Spaces - Design environments where children feel secure, supported, and motivated to explore and learn.
- Plan Engaging Experiences - Lead hands-on, fun, and creative activities that spark curiosity,
imagination, and a love of learning.
- Build Strong Connections - Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a welcoming, community-focused environment.
- Champion Well-being and Growth - Support each child's social, emotional and developmental needs while promoting overall wellbeing.
- Collaborate and Innovate - Work closely with your team to co-create programs that reflect children's interests, ideas, and voices.
What You'll Bring

- A warm, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
- Cert III (or higher) in an ACECQA recognised qualification (or currently studying)
- Valid First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and Australian work rights (or able to obtain these)
