The San Telmo Group is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team in Palermo. As a key member of the Palermo BOH department, you will play a crucial role in our culinary operations, contributing to the vibrant dining experience we offer. **Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes, maintaining the standards set by the head chef.
- Contribute creative ideas for menu development and daily specials, showcasing your culinary expertise.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times, promoting a clean and safe working environment.




- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team dynamic.
- Manage stock levels and assist in inventory control, aiding in cost-effective kitchen operations.
- Work closely with the head chef to execute service seamlessly, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

- Proven experience as a Demis Chef de Partie or similar role

- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Certification from a culinary school or apprenticeship is a plus
