Year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentices in Sydney This isn't your average HVACR apprenticeship. You'll work on advanced commercial cooling systems alongside experienced technicians, building the technical skills and confidence to become a highly capable tradesperson.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same . You’ll work alongside experienced technicians across a variety of commercial sites, gaining hands‑on experience with industry-leading equipment while developing skills that will set you apart in the trade. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in:

- Installing, servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Advanced fault-finding, diagnostics and technical problem solving
- Installing cabling, wiring and power/optic systems
- Working on switchboards, grid systems and critical infrastructure
- Working directly with customers while developing your communication and technical skills.

We’re Looking For

A current 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice

- Mechanically minded with a genuine passion for the trade
- Curious, motivated and eager to expand your technical knowledge
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys a challenge
- Reliable, professional and enjoys working as part of a high‑performing team
- Current and valid driver’s licence
