What You’ll Be Doing

As our Production Coordinator Trainee, you will be trained across design, production coordination and quality control — supporting the day-to-day operations of our production team.

Your responsibilities will grow to include:





- Producing inscription and layout artwork for headstones, monuments and memorials
- Checking incoming job orders for completeness and accuracy before they enter production
- Proofing artwork prior to client sign-off — checking spelling, dates, symbols and layout
- Helping coordinate large-scale and bespoke projects, including major RSL and council war memorial commissions and commercial stone benchtop projects
- Managing and updating job records in our ERP system throughout production and installation
- Monitoring job status against delivery timelines and flagging delays early
- Coordinating with the install supervisor and factory team to keep production information accurate
- Providing general administrative support to production managers
- Picking up additional tasks across the business as opportunities arise

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- Solid attention to detail — you notice errors others miss
- Comfort with structured workflows, checklists and computer systems
- Clear written communication and confidence liaising with clients and colleagues
- A self-directed, reliable approach to managing your own workload
- A team-focused attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
- An interest in design or Adobe Illustrator (desirable, not essential — we can teach this)
