Process Workers / Packers - Food Manufacturing

We are currently seeking multiple experienced Process Workers to join one of our large and well-established food manufacturing site located in the Melton. These roles involve working as part of a fast-paced production team in a clean and safety-focused environment, carrying out duties such as food processing , packing , quality checks , and general production labouring .

We have both Day and Afternoon shifts available, offering outstanding flexibility and consistent hours.

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to have:

- Previous experience in food manufacturing or working within a fast-paced production environment
- A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Your own reliable transport and a valid Driver's Licence
- Your own PPE including safety shoes (no laces), High Visibility Vest, and appropriate workwear
- The ability to comfortably lift up to 20kg
