About the Role

We’re looking for a polished and energetic Front of House Concierge to join our team in a rapid-paced, client-facing environment. Working as part of a close-knit 2-person front of house team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.

This is a dynamic role that blends customer service, presentation, and administration, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all clients and visitors
- Manage front desk operations, including phone and email enquiries
- Coordinate bookings, appointments, and daily schedules




- Maintain a high standard of presentation across the reception area
- Provide seamless support to the wider team with administrative tasks
- Handle client requests with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with your FOH teammate to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

- Previous experience in a front of house, reception, or customer service role
- Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
- Confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
- Comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour
