We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Officer to join a high-performing Research team responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of research and commercial agreements. In this role, you will work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful research outcomes while ensuring contracts are legally compliant and commercially appropriate with relevant requirements.

What you'll be doing:

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating research, funding, collaboration and commercial agreements.
- Providing expert advice on contractual, legal, intellectual property and compliance matters.
- Identifying and managing contractual, financial and commercial risks.
- Building strong relationships with researchers, professional staff, legal advisers and external partners.
- Supporting contract implementation, compliance obligations and issue resolution throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Contributing to process improvements, contract reporting and stakeholder training.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- A strong attention to detail and skill for research.
