What you will enjoy doing
- You will design, troubleshoot, and executeimprovement projects to optimise plant performance & safety
- Actas the responsible person for the maintenance system on site. Ensure plannedMaintenance is scheduled and completed in time and to required standards
- In addition, supportall Mhf requirements on site and ensure integrity of controls and functional testing regime
- You will leadthe PTW Process via completion of quality PTW and contractor management
- Investigateincidents and highlight root cause reasons and manage required actions
- Ensuresafety and compliance in all personal behaviours demonstrating safetyleadership on site
- Troubleshoot and resolve all site maintenance issues to ensure productivity and safetyare optimised
- Furthermore, supportthe plant manager in all aspects of site operations and workas part of a small team demonstrating teamwork and cooperation
What makes you great
- You have Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Chemical
- Proven experience in working on technical projects preferably in a similar industry
- You will have understanding of the Work Health and Safety Acts / Legislation / Regulations
- Project management skills and experience
- General understanding of Permit to work/Management of chance systems will be beneficial for this role
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills
- You have the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willing to travel for a few days within NSW
