Key Accountabilities

Depth and breadth of experience required

- 7+ years managing test outcomes
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC concepts





Special skills and competencies required

- Proven hands-on testing experience with multi technology mix in a telecommunications environment.
- Experience in a related position and ability to work under minimum instruction
- Strong general business acumen
- Robust end to end business process experience in telecommunication domain not limited to Service Fulfilment / Provisioning - Order to Activate, Service & Network Assurance – Trouble to Resolve
- Strong technology experience in telecommunication domain not limited to FTTX (FTTP | FTTC | FTTN | FTTB), X2P (N2P and C2P), HFC, Fixed Wireless, Satellite
- Embed continuous improvement behaviour and culture

Level of communicating and influencing skills

- Ability to lead from the front and a self-starter
- Can quickly build relationships across an organisation to align and leverage in delivering accountabilities
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to deliver outcomes with external stakeholders and customers, including senior management levels
- Excellent negotiation skills, practical experience with key stakeholders both internal and external
