As our Software Engineer, you'll put our values into action by:

- Developing stable, secure, and well-architected code that supports our products and services.
- Delivering work within agreed commitments and contributing to team success.
- Building and enhancing features that align with our target-state architecture and strategic roadmap.
- Ensuring code deployed to production is secure and free from known vulnerabilities.
- Actively sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices across the team.
- Escalating risks, issues, and blockers when needed to help maintain delivery momentum.
- Embedding quality into everything you do, ensuring appropriate consideration is given to testing, security, reliability, stability,



and monitoring as part of the definition of done.

What you'll bring:

- Strong commercial experience with C++ (3+ years).
- Exposure to SIP, Kamailio, or related VoIP technologies.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and security best practices in production environments.
- Experience with Python and Bash scripting (highly regarded).
- A passion for continuous learning and developing your technical skillset.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (desirable).
- A curious, tenacious, and creative approach to problem solving.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a willingness to contribute to a high-performing team culture.
