Yass Soldiers Club in NSW seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead our busy kitchen across café, takeaway and delivery, lunch and dinner seven days a week. This is a pivotal role as we renovate and expand our hospitality offerings, with opportunities to shape menus and guest experiences.
You will mentor the kitchen team, manage high-volume services, and partner with the General Manager to grow the club’s food business while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and service.
