Disability Support Worker | Sunshine Coast & Moreton Bay | $36–$41 p/h + Benefits

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll support a diverse range of NDIS participants, including people with physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities. Some participants have complex support needs, including behaviours that require support workers who are confident, patient, and skilled in positive behaviour support strategies.

Must have to apply:

- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and responsive under pressure
- Blue Card for Paid work
- NDIS Worker Screening Check for Paid work
- NDIS Quality, Safety and You module

Experience with high/complex care, de-escalation techniques, or behaviour support plans is highly regarded.

Desirable:Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
