This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing department at a school renowned for its exceptional VCE results. The position is full-time with a teaching allotment on a 3-year tenure starting on 27 January 2027 until 26 January 2030.

The successful candidate:

- should have proven record of success as a secondary educator with an extensive knowledge in educational theory and practice and to have considerable experience teaching all PE subjects.
- be able to demonstrate capacity of work as a senior team member of a team to achieve strategic outcomes in the area of teaching and learning.
- be able to demonstrate educational leadership and leadership in developing a culture of learning excellence.
- be able to demonstrate a commitment to the Jewish character, practice and ethos of the College.
- have a high level of interpersonal and communications skills with students, parents and colleagues and to represent the College in the community and build and develop these relationships.
- have a high level of organisational ability and initiative as well as the ability to supervise, motivate and mentor staff.
- have experience in Education administration.
