Shape the data foundations that bring smarterandmore relevant customer experiences to life. As a Specialist, Data Modelling, you'll turn complex information into trusted, reusable models that support personalisation, analytics and strategic decision making. Working alongside data engineers and other business stakeholders you'll help a growing squad deliver new initiatives within Retail Australia Insurance (RIA). Your technical judgement, curiosity and collaborative approach will strengthen data quality, improveperformanceand help teams confidently turn ideas into meaningful outcomes. We have 2xfull-timefixed term roles (12 months) based ineitherGadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) orNaarm(Melbourne).

What You'll Do

- Design and implement reusable data models using DBT and SQL to support personalisation, reporting,analyticsand predictive modelling.
- Optimise SQL queries, strengthen data qualitychecksandmaintainthe integrity and consistency of information across data processes.
- Regularly review and fine-tune SQL queries and stored procedures, assistinginmaintainingoptimaldata process performance.
- Maintainclear documentation of data models, ETL processes, DBT models, and SQL scripts, ensuring adherence to data security standards.
- Explore emerging tools and approaches, recommending opportunities to improve performance,standardsand ways of working.

What You'll Bring

- Strong capability designing andmaintainingreusable data models using DBT, SQL and Python.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such asBigQuery, Snowflake or AWS.




- Confidence translating complex requirements into scalable data structures and practical solutions.
- A collaborative approach to working with technical teams, businesspartnersand diverse stakeholders.
- Experience supporting personalisation, marketing,analyticsor predictive modelling initiatives would be valuable.
- Exposure to Adobe, Java, Cloud Run,insuranceor financial services would be beneficial.
