As a Team Leader, you will lead by example, foster a positive team culture, and support staff development to ensure high standards of clinical care for residents.
You will provide person-centred care, coordinate assessments, medication administration, and AN-ACC documentation while ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
