We at PEOPLE CAST PTY LTD are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to work on a permanent, full-time basis for a licensed restaurant and events space owned and operated by our client in Coolangatta, Queensland. A competitive salary and a genuine long-term career chance are available for the right candidate.
POSITION SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking a candidate who possesses the skills to play a major role in planning and organising the preparation and cooking of dishes at the venue, as well as preparing and cooking dishes - including special dishes that meet the particular dietary requirements of individual diners - as required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma qualification preferred.
- 3 years of relevant, full-time employment experience.
- Ability to work on a full time basis.
POSITION SALARY
$80,000.00 per annum (+ super).
