Kirinari’s Rise Training social enterprise seeks an Operations Lead to oversee the delivery of training and work experience activities for RISE Trainees and Paid Trainees. You will supervise Trainers and ensure training aligns with contracts and quality standards.
Based at our Orange NSW site, you will work with the leadership team to manage office operations, rostering, incident management and staff onboarding, while helping trainees overcome barriers to mainstream employment.
