We are seeking an experienced Night Duty Registered Nurse for a fixed-term, part-time opportunity covering maternity leave , working Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights (64 hours per fortnight) . The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an in-charge role on night duty within aged care , with a strong commitment to delivering person-centred care and supporting our residents and team.

What you will do?

As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for:

- Holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives
- Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans




- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
- Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
- Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
- Positive resident experience through resident-centred approach
- You must bededicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards

Who are you and what will you bring?

- Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential
- Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)
- Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care
