About the role

Geovert is expanding fast, and we’re growing our Talent Team! We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Talent Acqusition Specialist to support our recruitment function and deliver a great candidate experience from start to finish.

Working closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll gain hands‑on experience and the opportunity to grow into a Talent Acqusition Business Partner in the future.

In this role, you’ll help keep our recruitment process running smoothly by:

- Coordinating end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple roles and locations.
- Scheduling interviews and managing communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Drafting and posting job adverts across various platforms.
- Maintaining accurate records in our ATS and supporting onboarding checks.
- Collecting tickets, licences, and documents to ensure compliance.
- Providing general administrative support to the Recruitment and HR team.

About you

You’re an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator or Candidate Manager at an agency who thrives in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. You enjoy keeping things running smoothly, building great relationships, and supporting a team that’s always on the move.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, administration, or HR support (construction or similar industries preferred).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
- A friendly, approachable attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Experience with ATS systems Job Adder (a bonus, but not essential).
