At Retail Tasker , we're looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing national team. You'll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of FMCG and retail clients, ensuring campaigns run seamlessly while uncovering new opportunities to help their brands succeed.

Every day is different! You'll collaborate with clients, our Field Management team, and our nationwide field workforce to bring merchandising, sales, compliance, and retail execution programs to life across Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build robust, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients

- Coordinate exciting retail campaigns from planning through to execution

- Analyse performance, prepare insightful reports, and recommend improvements

- Lead client review meetings and strategic planning sessions

- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand our services





- Deliver an exceptional client experience every step of the way

What You'll Bring

- Experience in FMCG, retail merchandising, field management, account management, or client services

- A solid understanding of retail and supermarket environments

- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

- A commercial mindset with strong problem-solving ability
