As a trusted Account Manager at OSW, you'll be responsible for growing and maintaining key client relationships. In this role, you will be a key asset to the sales team, driving revenue and profitability through exceptional account management!

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and profit targets

Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Collaborate cross-functionally with the wider business to deliver excellent customer service

Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on account activities

Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts

Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities

What we're looking for





Proven track record in account management or sales, ideally within the B2B or Solar environment

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Business) is highly desirable
