As Sales Executive, you will drive corporate revenue performance through proactive pipeline management and relationship-led account development. You will build partnerships, tailor solutions to client needs, and represent the Quest brand with professionalism and credibility.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, target and develop new corporate accounts within the local market.
- Manage and grow an active pipeline, with disciplined follow-up and reporting.
- Conduct client meetings, needs analysis & negotiations; complete proposals & tenders as required.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting.
- Re-engage dormant accounts and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform approach and positioning.
About you
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or a relationship-led role.
- Solid consultative selling skills and professional stakeholder engagement.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage targets, priorities and reporting requirements.
- Confident communication style that is clear, grounded and customer-focused.
- Experience in hospitality/travel is advantageous but not essential.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to conduct client visits. Some intra-state travel required.
- Applicants must have valid Australian working rights.
