The Team Manager, Centralised Services is responsible for leading and managing a team of National Registry Officers (NROs) within Centralised Services. The role ensures the effective and efficient operation of the Centralised Services, delivering high‑quality customer service, timely progression of customer applications, and effective decision‑making in accordance with legislation.

The Team Manager, Centralised Services is responsible for leading and managing a team of National Registry Officers (NROs) within Centralised Services. The role ensures the effective and efficient operation of the Centralised Services, delivering high‑quality customer service, timely progression of customer applications, and effective decision‑making in accordance with legislation.
Dimensions of position for which the incumbent is accountable
Team Managers are appointed as Deputy Registrars under the District Court Act 2016 and are required to exercise statutory and quasi‑judicial powers. Exercising these powers involves a range of work varying from completing simple processes through to decision‑making that requires extensive knowledge, experience and judgement, coupled with the individual's ability to research the situation.

- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high‑performing teams in a service delivery or operational environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex operational workflows.
- Demonstrated capability in driving continuous improvement, problem‑solving, and leading teams through change.
- Solid stakeholder and relationship management skills.

Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $85,562 and $109,862 based on skills and experience.
