The Salvation Army in Epping, VIC seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead our Salvos Stores team. You will drive sales, manage stock, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience while raising funds to support Australians in need.
Reporting to the Area Manager, this permanent, full time role follows the Retail General Industry Award, Level 6. You will lead store operations, train staff and volunteers, manage budgets and rosters, and foster community partnerships to maximize impact.
