Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a registered nurse to lead clinical care in our aged care service in Taralga. You will develop and evaluate resident care plans, deliver clinical services and work with a multidisciplinary team to meet each resident’s goals.

You’ll supervise Personal Care Workers, liaise with medical staff and families, and practice holistically with decisive leadership to enhance residents’ quality of life.
