Glen Fisk Recruitment is partnering with a leading IT integrator to recruit an organised and commercially minded Inside Sales Operator.

This role will provide coordination and administrative support across the sales function, working closely with customers, vendors and the broader sales team to support sales activities and opportunities.

This is an opportunity for someone with experience in ICT sales administration, customer service, bid coordination or tender support to take ownership of quotations, tenders, customer enquiries, vendor relationships and sales opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, commercially aware and comfortable working in a fast paced ICT sales setting.

Position Purpose

The Inside Sales Operator is responsible for the administration, coordination and support of all sales activities. The role acts as the operational backbone of the sales function, ensuring opportunities, quotations, tenders, customer enquiries, partner engagements and commercial documentation are managed accurately and efficiently.





The role owns the day-to-day administration of the bid management and quotation process, supporting the sales team to increase responsiveness, improve bid quality, maintain compliance and enhance customer experience. As the role matures, it may evolve into account management, opportunity development and direct sales responsibilities.

Skills & Experience

Essential

- Experience in customer service, sales administration, bid coordination or tender support.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience preparing quotations and proposals.
- Advanced Microsoft OAice skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.

Desirable

- Experience in ICT, healthcare technology or systems integration.
- Exposure to government procurement processes.
- Experience with tender submission platforms.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of commercial contracts and procurement processes.
