We're currently seeking dedicated a Registered Nurse for permanent part time Night Duty positions.

This role is exclusively weekday night duty shifts only.

Week 1: Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday.

Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday.

No weekend shifts are available.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at St Andrews Ballina, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing clinical care and medication management
- Collaborating with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Leading and mentoring care staff to ensure best practice




- Maintaining accurate documentation and care plans
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment

What We're Looking For

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in either aged care or general nursing settings
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- eCase experience is strongly preferred for this position
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check (submitted by St Andrews on your behalf)
- Australian working rights
