Teacher - Physics/Specialist Mathematics

St Luke's Anglican School is seeking an enthusiastic and capable Physics and (up to) Specialist Mathematics Teacher to join our Secondary School on a full-time, permanent basis. The Opportunity

Term 1, 2027 Commencement, full-time, permanent role.

We are seeking an outstanding educator who:

Is passionate about teaching Senior Physics and Mathematics (including Specialist Mathematics)

Creates engaging, contemporary learning experiences that inspire academic excellence

Builds positive relationships with students, colleagues and families

Contributes positively to the broader life of the School through pastoral care and co-curricular involvement

Is committed to continuous professional growth and collaborative practice

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Appropriate teaching qualifications and current Queensland teacher registration (or eligibility to obtain registration)

Demonstrated ability to teach Physics and Mathematics through to Specialist Mathematics

A passion for engaging students and achieving strong academic outcomes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A collaborative approach and commitment to contributing to a positive team culture

The ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and families

A commitment to student wellbeing, child safety and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment

A willingness to actively support the ethos and values of St Luke's Anglican School.
