Experienced Property Manager – Career Path to Leadership

Due to continued growth, Stone Real Estate is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our high-performing and supportive team.

This is a genuine opportunity to step into a portfolio of approximately 180 properties, with leasing support and VA assistance, and a transparent pathway into a senior or lead role for the right person.

Your responsibilities

- End-to-end management of a residential portfolio (excluding trust accounting & leasing)

- Strong communication with rental providers and renters





- Maintenance coordination and issue resolution

- Routine inspections, reporting and follow-ups

- Lease renewals, rent reviews and compliance

- Contributing to team processes and mentoring as you progress

- VCAT preparation and attendance

About you

- Have proven experience in residential property management

- Hold a current Agent’s Representative Certificate

- Are organised, calm and solutions-focused

- Communicate professionally and confidently

- Take pride in your work and your portfolio

- Are a team player that strives for group success
