THE OPPORTUNITY

We have immediate openings for experienced HVAC BIM Drafters to join our Brisbane Drawing Office. These are genuine production roles on live, complex projects, not support positions. You'll be working alongside experienced BIM leads and project leads on hospital-scale coordination jobs, contributing from day one.

We're open to mid-level and senior candidates. The role and salary will be shaped around what you bring.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Produce and maintain Revit MEP models for HVAC and mechanical services across complex, multi-discipline projects
- Coordinate with structural, architectural and other services consultants using Autodesk Forma and clash detection workflows
- Work within BIM Execution Plans, meet model quality standards and contribute to multi-discipline clash detection workflows
- Collaborate with project leads, offshore team members and subcontractors in a coordinated team environment
- Contribute to documentation, as-built and close-out deliverables as required. Liaise confidently with Project Leads, internal modelling resources, consultants, contractors and clients, communicating technical information clearly across all levels




- Develop your skills in a team that invests in its people, training modules, BIM standards, and exposure to leading-edge digital engineering practice

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven Revit MEP experience, you must be able to model HVAC and mechanical services, not just navigate the software
- Experience on complex commercial or industrial projects, hospitals, data centres, large commercial or similar
- Understanding of coordination workflows, BEPs, clash detection, model management
- Stable work history and genuine commitment to the discipline

Highly regarded:

- Autodesk Forma familiarity
- Exposure to Tier 1 Commercial, Health and/or Data Centre projects
- Experience working alongside offshore teams
- An understanding of HVAC systems, not just the geometry
