An opportunity exists for a talented Senior Creative Designer to join a collaborative national creative team, delivering impactful visual communications that support major projects, strengthen brand presence and enhance client engagement. Working closely with marketing, business development and consulting teams, you will play a key role in bringing ideas to life across print, digital and presentation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop engaging and high-quality visual communication solutions across a range of print and digital channels

Lead design projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring creative excellence, brand consistency and attention to detail

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate complex information into compelling visual outcomes

Manage project workflows, schedules and priorities to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard

Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative studio culture

Work closely with external suppliers, including photographers, videographers, printers and other creative partners

Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve creative output, team efficiency and client service outcomes





Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline

Demonstrated experience in a senior graphic or creative design role, ideally within a professional services, design or consultancy environment

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

Strong understanding of brand principles, visual storytelling and multi-channel design delivery

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams

Highly organised with proven experience managing multiple projects, competing deadlines and changing priorities

A proactive and innovative approach, with a passion for creative excellence and continuous improvement
