Reporting to theRegional Sales Manager, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on building robust relationships and enjoys being out on the road connecting with customers face-to-face .
You'll be joining a loyal and experienced team of Account Managers, providing plenty of support so you can take this opportunity to make a real impact with a trusted brand.
What You'll be Doing:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing accounts in the Central West region of NSW
- Develop strategic plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including customer care and trade store teams
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain a territory call plan and follow up on pipeline opportunities
- Deliver tailored product solutions and exceed sales targets
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in sales and operations, ideally within Safety, Industrial, Mining, Resources and Government sectors
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail
- A valid, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
