SAL Consulting is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our senior practitioner team in NSW, based in Sydney.
This is more than a clinical role. Alongside a diverse and rewarding caseload, you'll contribute to the growth of our Occupational Therapy discipline, mentor emerging clinicians, and help strengthen our national practice.
From functional capacity assessments and home modifications to sensory profiling, complex disability, mental health, early intervention and forensic practice, Occupational Therapists at SAL have opportunities to work across an unusually broad range of practice areas while being supported to develop their own areas of interest.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll combine direct clinical work with assessment, intervention, consultation, multidisciplinary collaboration, mentoring and discipline development activities.
Your Work Will Include
- Delivering high-quality Occupational Therapy services across community, clinic, school and telehealth settings
- Providing assessment, intervention and consultation services to people with diverse and often complex needs
- Supporting individuals, families, carers and support teams to achieve meaningful outcomes
