This is a growing Queensland law firm with a great reputation. With a passionate team and a focus on quality, they're looking for an in-house Finance/Accounts Manager to handle the firm's accounts function.
What Your Day Could Look Like:
- Handling all Trust Accounts/Bookkeeping duties for the firm
- Generating reports as requested by the Partners of the firm
- Advising the Partners on anything to do with the Finance/Accounts function
- Managing client payments and processing cost recoveries
- Invoicing, debtor management, and end-of-month tasks
- Reconciling trust accounts and managing trust investments
- Handling general bookkeeping tasks including payroll, payables/receivables, and bank reconciliation
What We’re Looking For:
- Finance, Bookkeeping and Trust Accounting experience (3+ years is essential)
- A background in skilled services (legal, finance, real estate etc)
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- If you're an Accountant, you would have plans to complete your CPA in the future
