Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative – Case IH, New Holland & Case CE

About the Role

Join our growing sales team and take ownership of an established customer territory across the Central West. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll build lasting relationships with existing customers, actively develop new business, and represent our premium brand portfolio on-farm and on-site. This is a full-time, career sales role based from any of our branches at Dubbo, Gilgandra, Narromine or Warren, with regular travel across our area.

Duties

- Drive recent and existing customer sales across agricultural and construction equipment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers and construction businesses
- Generate leads and manage your pipeline using our CRM system
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate customer site visits




- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on promotional strategies

Skills & Experience

- Proven sales experience in agriculture, construction, or related equipment
- Strong knowledge of agricultural and/or construction products and industry needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the Central West territory
