Job Description

About the role

Reporting to theOperationsManager, the successful candidate will manage multiple teams leading and delegatingto the company’ssite-basedForeman. A major focus on this role is a strong focus on project delivery along with 3 years’ experienceas a Civil Supervisor or Senior Foreman.This is afull-timepositionlocatedin our Somersby Deport servicing local and regional Southern NSW projects.

Duties

- All Supervisor preliminary tasks (i.e. set up projects, communications, service locations/lowering)
- Management of project delivery at outcomes (Program, Cost, Quality, Safety)
- Escalation of significant issues to NSW Operations Manager/Project Manager




- Manage Client relationship throughout project/s
- Awareness of job scope and contractual issues

Skills &Experience;

- 3-years’ experience ina previousSupervisor or Senior Foreman role
- Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction preferably with an exposure to stabilisation rehabilitation practice
- Demonstrated project deliveryexpertise
- Project Management/Civil Construction or other qualifications in support of the above criteria
