Moran Health Care Group is seeking a People & Culture Advisor – Employee Relations to support nearly 800 staff across four aged care homes and Head Office. You will handle end-to-end ER matters, coach leaders, conduct investigations and provide practical employment law advice.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you’ll partner with our homes to deliver expert ER guidance, contribute to compliance, and help maintain an inclusive workplace culture.
