My Guardian is seeking a dynamic SIL Team Leader to bridge policy with hands-on frontline care across our SIL environments. You will mentor staff, develop person-centred support plans, and ensure clients thrive while upholding NDIS standards.

You bring proven leadership in disability services, robust communication, and a practical understanding of NDIS frameworks. A Cert III/IV in Disability is desirable and a NSW driver's licence is required.
