The role would suit an experienced Site Supervisor, Foreperson or Leading Hand with solid renovation experience who combines practical trade knowledge with the ability to coordinate people, maintain quality and keep a site organised and moving.

This is not a purely administrative supervisory role, You'll need genuine construction knowledge, confidence working with multiple trades and the practical capability to provide hands‑on support and within your qualifications.

As Site Supervisor, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of assigned construction sites , including:

Coordinating trades, subcontractors and daily onsite construction activities.

Executing the approved construction programme and proactively identifying and escalating risks to programme.

Directing daily work and ensuring trades understand scope, sequencing and quality expectations.





Inspecting works throughout construction and identifying defects or non-conforming workmanship early.

Maintaining high standards of WHS compliance, site safety, cleanliness and protection of the client's property.

Coordinating onsite material deliveries, staging and site readiness.

Maintaining accurate daily site records, photographs, checklists and updates within Buildertrend.

Providing professional, site-based communication to clients regarding day-to-day construction activities and progress.

Escalating scope, commercial, programme and significant client matters to the Project Manager.

Conducting site mobilisation, inspections and practical-completion readiness checks.

Providing practical trade support where required and within your qualifications and licensing.
